What I ate yesterday (3 meals):
-Grandma’s pot roast, Mt. Dew
-1/2lb. potato burrito, Meal Deal #3 with no sour cream and a medium Mt. Dew
-Walgreens High Protein vanilla nutrition shake, water
What I did yesterday:
-Work for 6.5 hours.
-Walk around Food Lion searching for onions for Grandma.

Hang out with friends.
Totally worth it, but time for serious mode again! It was working T_T

Weight at 11:00am: 186.7 lbs (down 0.2 lbs in 24 hours)
What I ate yesterday (4 meals):
-Chocolate + creme filled donut (gasp! XD), crab salad, macaroni salad, saltines, water
-Half of a Chick-Fil-A Chicken Caesar wrap with Caesar dressing, water
-The other half of the wrap, a Starbucks raspberry pomegranate refresher can (pretty good), Fiji water
-Meal Deal #3 at Taco Bell: Beef Gordita Supreme (no sour cream), 1 oz bag of Doritos, medium Mt. Dew
What I did yesterday:
-Work for 7.5 hours
-11 min. workout after weigh-in

Morning weight at 11:00am: 186.9 lbs (down 2.0 lbs in 24 hours)
What I ate yesterday (5 meals):
-Macaroni salad
-Half a steak, eggs, cranberry juice
-The other half of steak, eggs, Fiji water
-Chick-Fil-A Southwest salad with spicy dressing, water
-Nature Valley Peanut Butter Bar, Pepsi Next, water
What I did yesterday:
-11 min. workout
-Work for 6.5 hours
Morning of May 14th, 2012
Morning weight at 11:00am: 188.9 lbs. (down 0.7 lbs in 25 hours)
What I ate yesterday (3 meals):
-BBQ Sandwich, Macaroni Salad, Caesar Salad, Honest ade drink
-Footlong tuna on wheat with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, banana peppers, sweet peppers, honey mustard; Fiji water; half a Kit Kat bar
-Diet Mt. Dew, grilled boneless chicken
What I did yesterday:
-Went shopping for flowers with Grandma to take to her mother’s and grandmother’s grave.
-Work for 6.5 hours.
Will not be reloading for quite some time :P
On food, that is. Somehow in the course of this grueling semester I gained 16 lbs.? While being a monster at DDR? Obviously, more focus is required.
So you’ll see a daily post here that consists of me tracking how much I weigh, and what/how much I ate. (Less Taco Bell D:)
